GROUNDS FOR RETURN OR REFUND
Your order will be eligible for return and refund only in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product in your order
- You received an expired product
- You received your order in a damaged state
- You received a product whose hygiene is compromised
Our products are only eligible for refunds and return only if the following conditions are met:
- You initiate the process within 3 days of receiving it
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Your item must be in the original packaging
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (email invoice will also be considered valid)
All refunds and returns are on sole discretion of Wandering Foodie Pvt. Ltd. upon the verification and confirmation done by its employees and management.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a month, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Refunds and returns are deemed valid only if there’s a problem with the product. The refund will be done within 15 days

You need to keep the products ready so our delivery boys can get them collected. We will call and let you know when the next pick up will take place.
